In order to implement both cost leadership & differentiation strategies, it is necessary to introduce new technology, training and development. furthermore, to sustain the competitive advantage organizations are required to anticipate its future needs and will require to nurture existing talents. conducting frequent training and development, recruiting skilled professionals, research and development will help to gain and sustain the competitive advantage. In any organization resources are finite. It is important get most out of every resource we have in a company.
ReplyDeleteAssigning correct workforce in each department will allow the organization to maintain balance in resources for example sometime there are more people we have for administration but less people for sales. Focusing on costs that harming the organization and reducing them will also help companies to manage resources effectively.
