Challenges Facing - The impact of Limited Resources and Budget



In order to implement both cost leadership & differentiation strategies, it is necessary to introduce new technology, training and development. furthermore, to sustain the competitive advantage organizations are required to anticipate its future needs and will require to nurture existing talents. conducting frequent training and development, recruiting skilled professionals, research and development will help to gain and sustain the competitive advantage. Lack of financial resource will be a challenge for the HR department to implement the above activities. (Rklefa, A., Alhgig, N and Mehta, R 2018)

The challenges of lack of skilled labour, heavy competition among firms, technological problems, low productivity and to mention but a few leads to a high rate of poor performance and poor product implementation while placing a serious limitation on product expansion and increase in productivity. The specific objectives include: 1. To determine the extent at which effective human resources development can enhance productivity in order to reduce poor performance in organization. 2. To determine the efficiency of human resources training and development in organizational growth. 3.   2. In any organization resources are finite. It is important get most out of every resource we have in a company.
    Assigning correct workforce in each department will allow the organization to maintain balance in resources for example sometime there are more people we have for administration but less people for sales. Focusing on costs that harming the organization and reducing them will also help companies to manage resources effectively.
